I have been and had the nice conversation before. I even said he has an allergy to flea treatments, and that hasnt worked.
I dont know her, but I do know that she works full time, and is married. She is probably 40's ish. I dont think its loneliness. Someone has suggested I give her the number for the CPL or post some rescue centre numbers through her door.

Okay, I have a problem. I have a 4 year old white male neutered cat. Who up to the last few weeks has been fine.
The problem is, there is a woman a few doors up who keeps inviting him into her house, keeping him for days and feeding him.
I have been to her numerous times and asked if she has seen Kiara, if she has not to feed him etc. but she claims she hasnt. He has never been able to eat "cheap" cat foods, he always sicks it up. So I know someone has been feeding him. This woman invited me into her house, and led me out through the conservatory. There was white hair all over the cushions on the chairs, and there was a couple of bowls (they dont have any animals) The other problem is that there is another cat who lives next to her, and they keep fighting because of territory, and Thirsk (other cat) is getting absceses (sp!), and the people who own him are really nice, so dont want to fall out with them over it. They have said that they have seen him asleep in the conservatory, and he is coming home less and less...this is not like him at all. Usually the smell of chicken or tuna has him indoors within seconds.

I dont want to seem like a spoilt brat over someone feeding my cat, I just think its wrong, so if anyone has any advice...

My indoor buns are litter trained. I use Megazorb or wooden cat litter.
