try walking the other way and not calling him, because if he can hear he knows were you are and won't worry but if he can't hear you he might wanna find you. worked with my dog !

4  The DogChat.co.uk Discussion Forum / Dog Behaviour and Training Issues / weird dog behaviour on: February 17, 2007, 06:16: PM
after our dog has been for a swim within an hour he starts to act strangly in that he lays down and kicks his back legs as in a spasm then he gets up and runs around hyperactive in short bursts. He is very restless and can't settle, he wants to be on the move all the time. Also he constanly licks and nibbles his feet. Has anybody got any ideas about this weird behaviour although he is a lively 2 yr old Cocker Spaniel this is un usual behaviour. Please help !  Thank you !
