If anyone is interested in Massage Therapy, there are a couple of home study courses that I've purchased - I've enjoyed both and my dogs absolutely love it.
I started with this one:
Effective Pet Massage for Dogs by Jonathan Rudinger - $34.95 US
www.petmassage.com

and discovered a wonderful world of touch with my dogs - it benefited both of us.
Then I ordered:
Canine Massage - A Practical Guide by Jean-Pierre Hourdebaigt - $130.00 US (included Instruction Book, Videos and WorkBook
www.massageawareness.com

WOW! It took me almost a year to get through this one. But I now look at my dogs movement in a whole new way. This course takes you through all the muscle groups, bones, joints ligaments etc. then on to kinesiology (movement) and finally on to massage techniques and stretching exercises. It is great - when my guys are not moving quite right - I see it and can do something about it - when I talk with my vet - I can talk in vet terms.
And best of all: My guys LOVE IT - and I ENJOY it. BONUS: I've actually been able to help other dogs.
