For anyone who can't use MSN Messenger, for whatever reason, or uses other messenger services more frequently, then I suggest you have a look at a software called Trillian. http://www.ceruleanstudios.com/Trillian takes a little more setting up, but once you have it, you can combine all your contacts from ICQ, MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger and AIM into one. So you'll be able to see all your contacts regardless of which messenger service they have (don't believe there's a limit to the number of contacts either, unlike MSN). I don't use it myself as MSN does for me, but I know people who do and they haven't looked back. debrealey@aol.com is my MSN Messenger address |

I've got both Trillian and messenger. Trillian has miles more smilies, but I dont use it often because most of the people I know dont have it, and they dont see the smilies if they use messenger to talk to me in Trillian. It's a bit of a bugger to get working too
