I have had a cat for about 4 years now. He's never been outside, and we just moved for the second time in his life. He is obsessing over his tail. He started chasing about a month ago. I don't really know alot about cats, as I am a dog person, but can't have one due to my living arrangement.
Can someone help with this, Please? Thanx

How can you have had a cat for 4 years and not be a cat person AND know nothing about them?!?!
I think if you have any pet, then you should do your best to educate yourself about them.

He's probably bored and under stimulated. What activities do you provide for him indoors?

I think animal testing is a terrible idea. They get all nervous and then they give the wrong answers.

Seems too coincidental that the tail chasing started after you moved. I believe your cat is unsettled and getting used to his new surroundings. I'm guessing that the tail chasing started after the move????
The Bach flower essence of Walnut would be a good remedy to start giving your cat, to help him settle into his new environment.
