This landed in my mailbox, wondered if any of you can help.
Please forward to interested parites.
Do you, or have you had a pet with an ongoing illness/condition?
Would you like to play your part in hopefully eradicating this condition sometime further down the line?
Have you heard of the UK Archive for Companion Animals based at Liverpool University?
Chances are you have as it is being actively promoted by various breed clubs and the Kennel Club as well as support organisations such as Canine Immune Mediated Disease Awareness (CIMDA) and The Phyllis Croft Foundadtion for Canine Epilepsy (PCFE) however, they are looking for more volunteer pet guardians to come forward and offer their help.
If any of your pets suffer from any of the following conditions, they would love to hear from you.
Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency
Anal Furunculsis
Atopic Dermititis
Syringomyelia
Cruciates
Demodicosis
Elbow Dysplasia
Epliepsy
Hip Dysplasia
Mast Cell Tumour
Mitral Valve
Osteosarcoma
Osteoarthritis
Patella Luxation
Diabetes
R.Arthritis
Hypothyroid
Lymphoma
Polyarthritis
Cognitive decline
They are also willing to consider including any condition that may not be mentioned above.
If you think you can help, please check out the website afterall, wouldn't we all like to find out just why so many of our companion animals are suffering for what seems to be an ever increasing list of health conditions?
Many thanks in advance.
Eloise
