Many on here have,I have a springer from a rescue and I was very fussy about what I wanted in my next dog,it may sound selfish but I wanted a dog with very little "baggage" I needed it to be ok being left for short periods,ok with kids and good with other dogs, finding a dog that suited my needs took a little longer but not very long and after I had been checked we drove up to pick him up and he's been with us almost 2 years now Smile
