e-collar debate certainly seemed to coincide with downturn in contributions but actually traffic levels are up - it seems far more people like to read the threads than start or contribute, which is cool with me. There's probably a lot of stuff on this site where someone could sit and read some of the threads for hours at a time without needing to start a post.
