I'm really nervous about asking for help, as I know Im not exactly in the right. But here goes:
I've rehomed a retired Greyhound on a week long trial. I know now is not the right time, with Ellie, but Im friends with a guy from the Retired Greyhound Trust and he asked if I could help. The dog was on 'death row', but he is a perfectly healthy and sweet natured dog.
So, I got him on Thursday. Ive been working slowly on introducing him and Ellie (he gets on fine with my other dog, Jack). We've walked them together around the local park and walked them home together. But as soon as we're home Ellie starts barking at him again. Im assuming this is due to the house being her territory? I bought a Baskerville muzzle for her yesterday, and the greyhound has his own. So I muzzled them both (Ellie doesnt mind the muzzle at all) and walked them round the park again. They were walking perfectly well, side by side. But again once I got home she continued barking at him. But its not aggressive!!! The crazy dog is still wagging her tail but barking at him  
Can you offer me any advice at all? Am I doing all this right?

Ellie is fear agressive.  They weren't muzzled at one point and got into a fight.  Ellie had a go at the new dog and he ripped a chunk of her fur out.  I dont feel safe having them un-muzzled until they have accepted each other.

I am so stressed right now. Im actually physically shaking    
I just dont know what to do about the dogs. I had them all together from 1:30 until 6 and Ellie was constantly barking all through that time. I know what she is doing is perfectly natural, but its driving me insane and the neighbours are complaining. Ive spoken to the neighbours and explained the situation! Bo (the greyhound) is also being nosey when he is left alone. Just now I was gone for less than 5 minutes and he started to bark and howl and scratch at the door. I know he's not used to being in a house environment, or on his own. But Im really struggling to cope now.
I dont know what to do        

I have slightly calmed down.  5 hours was enough barking for me today.
Ellie was constantly barking at poor Bo for almost the whole 5 hours!  We did have a very quiet 30 mins when I had Jack and Ellie on the couch with me and Bo was on his bed-next to the couch.  But everytime he moved she started barking again.  In the end I just gave up!
Ive been recommended a diff type of muzzle that should help stop her barking and some homeopathic treatments to help calm her down.  Fingers crossed eh?!!!
