I never have. Only ever heard horror stories about dieting.

I try to eat sensibly and take plenty of exercise.

I'm sure I read somewhere that if you cut down on eating then your body compensates for it and stores fat so that's the only excuse I need to keep eating. Smile

I think animal testing is a terrible idea. They get all nervous and then they give the wrong answers.

I have been doing the Slimfast for breakfast and Lunch, then having something healthy for dinner. Plus I got a juicer, and got Gillian McKeith's book. Some of them are vile! I do feel better for cutting out the rubbish, but its hell.
I got some nice bits from Lush, and they smell like Jelly Babies! Shocked

My daughter had a lot of success with weightwatchers after her baby and is back to a size 8 again.

My daughter in law also had a baby and is a fitness fanatic and was a skinny as a rake again within a month.

I'm on one, not so much dieting, but healthy eating, learning to drive hasn't helped  Rolling Eyes also at the moment i cant excise as such so i walked Sam for a hour and a half round the airfield. i'm not going to say i will cut out everything, because realistically i wont so the odd curry or Chinese will happen, but i shall be good afterwords

Good luck all on diets or just healthy eating Very Happy

I am - I've joined Weight Loss Resources to calorie count.  It's helpful, though it is disturbing how many calories some foods and drinks have.

Since the week before Christmas I've lost 6 lbs, but I have more to go (and that's all I'm giving away LOL)

Touch wood the weight keeps coming off.  It would help if I were getting more exercise...

unfortuantely my medication has still not been regulated so i havent lost any of it.
but this year i am determined to loose some of the weight, however i have also stopped smoking ( 10 days free of fags1 Very Happy) so how effective its gonna be to do thetwo at the same time i dont know ??:
