The only tragic part of owning a Doberman is that a part of you is buried with him when he dies.

Im doing Weight Watchers...you have to go to the classes, and get told of for not losing enough or not losing any at all (now who could that be  Embarassed Rolling Eyes)
It is good tho, you get allocated points for the day, and as long as you stick within them, you will lose weight and you can eat what you want!

some of my family go to slimmers world (i think it's pretty much the same as weigh watchers) and they're getting results - the diet seems to be based on preventing you from mixing carbs and proteins together in your meals.

I prefer to use the extra exercise method, i cut down a little on food and increase exercise and that seems to do the trick without you having to think about it too much Smile

I do weight watchers.  I don't go to a class, but I use their points calculator, which is absolutely brilliant.  I am allowed 19 points a day, so if I am feeling like I need chocolate, I often have a treat size bag of chocolate buttons, as they are only 2 points!

Good luck to all in your weight loss...
