I have decided what I am going to do,

I am going to stick with the job I am doing now, until Ryan sorts something out for me (!) I am going to give myself the next three weeks to finish my two animal care college courses, I am going to do the small animal one before the end of April (bye bye social life!) re sit my GCSE English, and Maths, then I am going to train as a vet nurse.
It may mean I will have to relocate, and be skint for the next few years (and beyond!) but I really want to do it.

Sounds like a well thought out plan to me!
Tip - write it down - use bullet points - put it where you can see it EVERY day - tick off what you achieve as you go along -
make it happen!
Good luck Smile

Hi KB,

I'm really pleased for you that you've found the right career path for you Smile

i've just graduated from uni this summer and have got a pretty well paid job (for a graduate) that I dont hate - I'm in the situation where to get the jobs I would love to do (working with animals), i'd have to take a pretty hefty pay cut so i think it's better for me to stick with what i'm doing and donate as much as i can to the local kennels. (at least that's what i'll do for the next few years). Then hopefully i'll rise up the ranks at work and be able to retire early and get a small holding Smile

last year I raised £300 for the local kennels by competing in 'Tough Guy' (www.toughguy.co.uk) a charity event - i'm going to do it again this year so might try to sort out some kind of online sponsorship thing for it.

anyway - back to the point - WELL DONE FOR SORTING IT OUT!
