the next door neighbours pooch i help look after, he is obviously a JRT but i can't help thinking there is something else in there as his legs are quite long and he is considerably bigger than a normal JRT. all ideas welcome just curiosity really.....

just wondering because a lot of people have said while i've been walking him, oh what is he? and when i say jack russell they usually look shocked one person even asked if he was a staff, of course i didn't think he knew his dogs lol

i've never mesuared him but i'd say he is about the height of a CK charles spaniel, maybe slightly taller

Yeh i agree with Mahooli some JRT's have long legs but its his face...err....I think there may be i touch of staffie in there somewhere, But he is a right wee cutie..isnt he?

he may look like one but he is a bloomin terror! ah okay thanks, they seem to think he is pure JRT but i'm not so sure, his little frown is gorgeous though, he gets little besenji type lines, shame he isn't barkless like one though lol

My first dog was a pure bred Parson Russell and people thought he was a staffy cross. He sounds about the right height for a prt. Becky

I also think it's a Jack Russel, Staffie cross one of my neighbours has one although it's head is more Staffie type, she's lovely!
