my 19 month old staffie has had a upset tummy, we have took him to the vets twice because he hasnt eaten anything for a week now and kept being sick, the first time they gave him antibiotics and the second time they gave him two injections and some powder to put in his water, he seems alot better today but still not his self, the only thing i can get him to eat is cheese at the moment, has anyone got any suggestions on what else i can try,

Hi im sorry to hear about your staffie...Have you tried some chicken and rice or pasta? They are light on the stomach. Hope he gets better soon.

Or try some scrambled eggs, but do not add milk or butter.

If he's happy on the cheese this should be fine, but you should try and introduce the chicken/pasta/rice and eggs too.... even if you have to top it with a little grated cheese. Keeps his meals small, use the little and often rule... and as usual have plenty clean water on hand.
