Hi all as you may or may not know I have 2 rescue Bichons, I was approached by a lady, while out walking, I see her most mornings, and she says her sister is looking to get a Bichon puppy, so far she has only seen them advertised in Wales, I live in Berkshire, Ascot to be precise. Warning bells ring when people can only find puppies in Wales, as I always think puppy farm!! This is mainly because my latest rescue is ex breeding from a farm in Wales and there were about 20 others that needed homes when I got her.
I said she should contact the KC and research reputable breeders from there, however I didn't know if anyone knows any good Bichon breeders in the South East? If so I could pass the details to her. Many thanks if you can help.

The SIL got hers from linclonshire, ironically there is a breeder (two actually that I know of) in or around weston.

The puppy is a good sound built pup, but she got a little funny and kept changing the collection date (this was the only problem I discovered they had with the breeder so not a bad problem)

I really don't know how far they would go, not know the people personally, but I will ask next time I see the lady, the last thing I want anyone to do is get one from a puppy farm or and irresponsible breeder, I will PM you for details if they are happy to travel, I would go any distance to get the right dog but not everyone is the same. Thank you both very much however :-)

Thank you too LC! I am going to ask her how far they'll go for a pup, then at least I will know how serious they are :-)
