Circumstance of loss: On her lead outside a shop on a dog tie standing with my son, a car drove past a young man got out of the car unclipped the dog put her under his coat then got back in the car and drove off
Additional Info: pet Insurance is tesco's Also the shop has cctv footage of the whole incident
