Default Skin Rash

Over the weekend Belle has come out in a rash - we went walking round farmlands on saturday and there was quite a bit of slurry about - thought maybe it had irritated her skin so have given her a bath (water only) but its now spread all over, inside her ears and round her mouth as well. Vets appointment tomorrow but any tips to ease her discomfort in the meantime? She's not itching too badly now but her skin feels very hot, not having any problems breathing/eating but maybe drinking slightly more than usual.

Just trying to rule things out, she hasnt eaten anything different as far as i'm aware, we're not using any different household cleaners etc, have attached some pics but best way to describe it is looking like eczema.

If the vet surgery is open today, could you not give them a call and ask the vet for his/her recommendation until the appointment time?

When i made the appointment I did ask, but they said best not to put anything on it such as cortisone cream until they see her just in case it is makes it worse. Poor little girl looks so uncomfortable though.
