any proper training clubs in Scotland?

Does anyone know about any (literally ANY at all) classic training clubs in Scotland which would train proper working dogs in the traditional way (obedience which includes a bit of agility, tracking and protection)?
I'm getting a bit upset seeing just useless dog owners whose dogs are all but not under control. I've got 19 months old rottweiler and am after some more advanced stuff than one is able to do on his own.
Does anyone know about a good club, please?
