Default Financial Help

Hi all, I am coming to my wits end, does any one know of a charity tht helps people with dogs to get on going treatment when they are in fact working, I work and my salary does not cover all the bills, my husband is self employed and his long term driving contract was severed just before xmas. We are struggling to keep our heads above water, I have three dogs all rescued and my white german shephered has juvinile pancratitus, his special food and powder is around £120 a month and I am finding this very difficult to find, if he does not have it he will get skinnier and skinneir and starve to death.. THIS IS NOT A BLEEDING HEARTS REQUEST please dont think I am trying it on I just wondered if there are any charities that might help me for a few months till we get back on our feet again. Thanks

Default Re: Financial Help

Heya, I've been there and you wont get help

Your only hope is the PDSA and if you dont meet thier requirment thats it no help
The RSPCA claim they will help any injured animal but they wont pay out for it or even do it themselves unless you impoopund it as a stray and then buy it off them later on and say to them you've noticed somethings wrong with whoevers dog this was, but i'd never do that.

They will however give you a number you can call to get money off neutering or spaying your pet.

Sad fact is no one will offer support unless you had insurance before the alleged need for medication, and they usually find an escape clause anyway
